new battery hooked up backwards: All interior power not working?

Well the space cadet that i am, i accidentally hooked up my new optima battery backwards the other day.(2000 4runner 3.4) it popped my ALT 120A fuse like it was a twig. fixed that and my car runs again. only problem now is that all of my interior electronics do not work (radio, dome lights, reading lights, key in ignition dinging thingy(hah!), etc.) my speedo/tach lights and heater console are still working however.
Looked through both fuseboxes to no avail. was wondering if there was a circut breaker for this or i just BBQ'd all hopes of becoming an in-car rockstar?
any help appreciated. thanks....

(lesson learned-don't work on a car after being up for a couple days )

it appears that there may be a short somewhere in my "DOME" fuse because it keeps blowing every time i replace it.
COME ON! there got to be someone who's made this error out there...
HELP! no music and no lights is driving me crazy.

Start disconnecting things on the circuit until you find out what is causing the problem. The PO of my '85 did the same thing, I know he had a shop replace a lot of components and even after I bought it there were little things I was still chasing down like the fuel gauge and sender.
