100/80 is the highest i have seen... But keep in mind that it is illegal to have anything over 65/45 and you could get a ticket for it... Cops pull people over for the stupidest ลลลล man... I got pulled over last night for no front plate or bumper, because my bumper is off at my buddies house cuz we are modding it for a winch.

Hmm... Hadnt seen those before... With that much wattage though I think temperature is gonna be an issue. Remember that the stock housings can only take a certain amount of heat, and higher wattage bulbs are going to throw off alot more heat, especially when they are more than double the stock wattage. I honestly dont know the temperature the stock housings can handle, but just wanted to bring up that point.

Yeah, I put some silvania silverstar 65/55 H4's in my headlights. They are good enough for the street, and i also have some hella projector fog lights that work VERY good, and only cost $35. I also have my PIAA offroad lights for when i really need light, which I still use on the road when its really dark and there is nobody coming the opposite direction. Although most people arent going to have or want the setup that I do, I believe that a pair of nice driving lights on the front bumper are enough for normal road use.

This is my setup, I will be adding another pair to the front bumper when it goes back on the truck.

I got 4crawlers harness also. I ordered my bulbs from JC whitney. Mine were the H$ style though. I got 90/130 bulbs. I got the all weather bulbs. I drive through fog regularly though. I love the amount of light I get. I have had a few people flash their headlights but not many. Isee lots of oncoming traffic with really bright lights though.
I do however pullover and turn my lights off when I am on the gravel roads to my house because the road is narrow and my lights are very bright. Not wanting to annoy any of the neighbors. All in all though I am very happy with the lights. I think it has been the best mod so far.

IMHO : )

I've got the 9004 Silver Star lights... absolutely amazing performance over crappy stock lights. I'd like to get some side marker lights that match the brightness of my headlights, as they are kinda yellow/orange looking compared to my Silver Stars! I'm actually looking at some of these high output lights and harnesses that I've seen on the links from this thread... we'll see....

You might wait and try the existing bulbs with the new harness first. You may be pleasantly surprised with the light output you'll see with full voltage to the bulbs, depending on how low a voltage you are currently running. On both vehicles I installed harnesses on, I say ~double light output with just the harness and the same headlights. On my daily driver, I just stopped with the harness, on my 4Runner, I went with some 55/100 bulbs, to retain stock low beam brightness and give maximum high beam output. Very happy with that setup. I will probably add a switch to allow for low+high beam operation off-road:
