Hazards work but not turn signals

I just bought a 92 pickup a few weeks ago. In the process of doing some rewiring for the front right turn signal bulb, I managed to pull off a double whammy. I reversed the wires and put in the wrong bulb: I used single filament rather than a dual filament. When I went to test the signal, the interior indicator light came on for a split second (I think) then died. I fixed the screw ups and now my hazards work fine but my turn signals don't work at all. I checked all the fuses in the box in the engine compartment and they are all good. I also tried a new flasher module but that didn't change anything. I know they were working before I started farting around. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

So, when you turn on your 4 ways all the signals work fine? Outside and in?

Check the fuses inside, under the dash on the left hand side. #9, which is the bottom right, is for the turn signals.

also the hazards and the blinkers use different flashers, you could have blown your blinker flasher. I'm not exactly sure where it is.

^^ negative ghostrider.

The hazard and blinker flasher is the same unit.

Usually, if the hazards work, you have a signal switch problem of some sort.

Cheers.
