Got a new pioneer avic need help finding the speed sensor wire?

It's on the way and I know it's going to be an all day event for my friend and I So if you have any advice for finding the speed sensor wire I would greatly appreciate it. I have the 1st gen 22re 1989.

no vss in those trucks. you have a cable actuated speedo.

Does anyone know how to by bypass this. Can a speed Sensor wire be added? Does the avic D2 need a speed sensor wire?
