Flashing Overdrive light

Yesterday I tore out the entire interior on my (auto) 93 4runner and installed a new stereo, after putting everything back together and starting the truck up I decided to go for a drive and enjoy the new system, but the truck had trouble going as I had to rev it up to 3k rpm before she would move.
After a few minutes of driving I noticed that the OD light was blinking. So now I am thinking that I did something during the stereo install, I checked the computer, speed sensor but everything looks plugged in and connected.

Has anyone else had issues after doing a stereo install? Would a bad ground or disconnected wire cause the transmission to go limp?

I installed 2 amp, new deck, subwoofer, speaker pods with components, would a stereo that demands more draw from the electrical system cause it to shoot out codes??
The only stupid thing that I did was screw in a small shallow screw ( into the main electrical harness holder that runs down the passenger side (engine bay) to hold the stereo fuse, I have since removed the screw but OD still flashing.

Any input would be great thx! it is very possible I am assuming that its just a coincidence with the install and could very well be something else.

Well its not the wiring harness, I pulled the plastic sheathing off and all the wires are good no damage whatsoever.

A flashing OD light means the computer has a stored trouble code. It could be from something you did, or it could just be coincidence. Check the codes and go from there.
Instructions are in here
