blown fog lights

so i blew my fog lights one day when i was wheelin and they dont work now. i replaced the bulbs and that didnt do it. not sure if the fuse would be blown, what would you guys recommend i check? do you think the whole assembly and such should be replaced?

Check the connections.

Not sure about it, but maybe the switch assembly in the steering column is out.

it could be switch problem but it happened after i went through deep water so im thinkin i blew something.

If you went through water, you shorted the circuit and blew a fuse.

thats what i thought. is there a fuse and a relay or what? cause i found the relay in the engine compartment. im guessing the fuse would be under the steering wheel? and should i just replace both the relay and fuse or just fuse?

No sense replacing what isn't broke. I would suspect the fuse. Easy as cake to check/replace. If that doesn't do it try the relay, but I doubt that is the problem.

so i had my boss look at it and the fuse and relay were fine so he looked at the connections on the fog light itself and tunes out it was the wires and connections were filthy. he cleaned it up, got rid of that metal thing that looks like a bridge, and used two washers are the ground and connection
