Black-out driving 2004 4runner how to?

on a 2004 Toyota 4Runner how can I turn off the (yellow) directions that are constantly on with the vehicle on?

I am trying to get a vehicle that I can black out drive.

fuse or pull the bulb if they arent also used as turn signals
