4runner power antenna

Ok.I just installed a stereo that I had laying around and got everything working good and back together.
My question would now be....how can I get the power antenna to go up and down?
I'm almost positive that I didn't even wire the thing up,as I'm not sure of the wires form the antenna. I have to chase them, although I did notice, way up under driver side of dash. their is a "antenna" relay.
Do I need to wire through this mess,or can I install a simple on/off toggle to raise and lower antenna when i choose to?
