Trying to design a 4-2-1 header for 3RZ, cam timing Qs

Hey everyone!

I tried searching for answers in quite a few places with no luck, hopefully someone here can help.

I'm trying to design a properly tuned 4-2-1 header for my 1995 T-100 2.7L.
In order to calculate the parameters of a proper design I need to know the following -
*how many degrees before BDC the exhaust valves open?
*how many degrees after TDC the exhaust valves close?
*what's the RPM redline (because I don't have a tach in my truck)?

Thanks in advance!

Moti
