Idle screw way out/up?

Just got an 87 4Runner and the idle screw is way out. I don't know how many more turns before it will pop out but does this mean anything? Idles fine at about 900 as of now the way it sits. But I've had 2 other 22RE's and the screw was always atleast below the lip of the recess? Anyone have any ideas if this is good/bad/ok? thanks.

Throttlebody is dirty inside, But no matter how you clean it, Dont use solvent on the TPS.
Also check the rubber between the TB and the MAFM for holes/cracks
