ARB Air Locker, then compressor

Hypothetical question:
If you were to install an air locker in the back without a compressor, and then get one a month or two down the line, would that be kosher or would the air locker not like that? Obviously it would not lock without the compressor, but if it was sealed up well enough so that the air locker does not become contaminated by mud, dirt, etc, would that work? I am worried mainly about break-in.

Will be fine, but make sure to seal up where the hose enters the diff really well. Better yet would be to run the hose, that way you could easily test it by using a regular compressor with a blow nozzle into the hose.

No problem at all. I ran mine with them in for a month before I finished the wiring and compressor.
