Attention Members With Less Than Fifteen Posts:
You will not be able to start a new thread in here until you have passed a count of fifteen posts in the other forums.
Your account does not get updated once you hit fifteen posts, it takes the server a day to update your account.

* YotaTech.com and its staff are not responsible for any transactions.
* Please check our member feedback section for prior member transactions.
* Please be wary of buyers/sellers with low post counts and/or sellers without positive sales feedback.
* Also, please be wary of new member/sellers who are parting out vehicles without pictures or VIN numbers.
SELLERS: MANDATORY RULES
Thread Title:
EX: "Want To Sell: 1985 4Runner "
must have: Item, & Location in thread title
SUBJECT LINE* Name of item(s).
BODY
* Detailed description and condition of item.
* Price (failure to include will result in deletion of your thread)
* Your location (failure to include your location will result in a deletion of your thread).
(location must be in the body of your listing, not under your use name/avatar)
PICTURES (Optional)
* Picture(s) significantly increases the chances of a successful sale, as most will not buy without seeing the item.
If you need a picture host, Photobucket is great.
Also we have our own Galleries here where you can upload your pictures to.
OTHER RULES
* If you are selling/parting out a vehicle, members may want the VIN number to confirm the vehicle exists.
* VIN numbers can be exchanged via Private Messaging or email to keep your VIN number private.
* "For Sale" posts no longer can be linked in the main forums.
You can link your ads in your signature if you so desire.
* No Commercial advertising in the “Private Party” section, posts will be deleted.
* Spam ads and accounts will be immediately deleted.
* No Ebay Auctions or Craigslist Ads-These will be deleted without notice
* No Gun listings-These will be deleted with out notice
* List your own items, do not circumvent the 15 post rule for another member
* You need to own the vehicle you are parting out, don't list one you might buy if "enough interest is shown"
*"Want to Trade" listings also need a price, IE: Trade or $3XX
* Don't High Jack someone else's for sale thread
* Remember-by clicking you agreed to the rules--> also covered when you joined this forum

sellers/buyers...please be sure to read the rules. They are updated periodically.
If your thread has been deleted, ask yourself if maybe you have met all the required criteria. or you can PM a staff member, NOT Corey.
**We try to send members a message when this happens but please keep in mind that we don't always have the time to do it. **
If you have issues with a purchase, please try to work them out via email/PM. Give each party a few days to respond. Doing a bash thread because some one didn't respond to your three emails/PM's you sent in one hour and didn't get a reply to 5 minutes later won't fly

recommendations to buyers and sellers:
Sellers:
-Take detailed pictures of the items you are selling
-be honest and accurate about the condition of what you are selling.
-Request that the buyer purchase insurance or include that in your shipping costs
UPS automatically insures items up to $100, USPS it costs a few bucks
Buyers:
-if pictures are not available--request them
-pay for the extra insurance, especially big ticket items
Answer your PM's, emails and check your for sale threads even after an item has been sold. Issues may arise that need to be dealt with that may be better left private.
I have bought and sold a ton of items from members on Yotatech, Pirate, TTORA and other forums and entirely way too much stuff on ebay...Good and honest communication is the key to both parties being satisfied.

Hey everyone-
It is that time of year to clean up the classifieds section.
Fair warning- classifieds with no activity for over 90 days are gonna get purged before the end of the year.
If you have a long term part out thread going on and want it to stay...bump it periodically
