what bead???????

hi there i was just wondering if some one can tell me what beads i can fit on my 81 Toyota long box it has a flat bead on it and i dont really want to finish building it so i was just going to find a box for it thanks

Any bed can fit with enough modifications. Double, twin, queen, king.

Naw. '79-'83 long bed will be direct swap. Newer will probably have different mounting locations, but I'm not 100% sure.

bed sorry lol i just always see people with different years all the time a long box is vary hard to find will a 2wd one fit i can always bob it

I know the '79-'83 beds can fit on the '84-'88 trucks but i'm not sure if it works the other way around although i don't see why it wouldn't.

I don't think a short bed will fit on a long bed and vise versa without modification. Wheel bases and frames are different.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

YOu could do a short box with a truck box between the cab and the bed to take up the extra room. Would have to be home built.
