Something isn't clearanced enough to fully seat when you are moving the 4WD shift rail.

The twin sticks where in it already. Yes the interlock pin was removed.
I think I did Clearance it Enough cus it will go past the click in the shift rail. Anymore ideas? I'm thinking maybe I missed a snap ring? I can't tell if one was left over cus I had to move my shop right after the install and I had about 10 people helping me so who knows who Grabbed what and where.

I got it worked out. The output shaft was not machined right so when I locked the rear drive line flange down it locked all the gears together.
