Stock height on 94 4runner
Does anyone know what the actual height was stock on the 2nd gen 4runners, hub to bottom of wheel well front and back? I want to return mine back to it's original height and possibly do a lift.
I've read here that you can actually do a 2" lift on these 2nd gens without having to replace the torsion bar etc. All you need is new shocks and coils. Is that true? And if so, is it advisable, I don't have a lot of money to put into it right now, but I also don't want to mess anything up in the long term. If that does work, what length coils and shocks would I need?
I have also looked at the Raybestos coils on RockAuto, anyone have any opinions on those?
Thanks,
Matt

ground clearence measurements are in the FSM: http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/1990-1995....1990.1995.zip
These assume stock height tires. And must be corrected with current tire size.
