Please help
I have a 91 toyota pickup and this winter it got real cold so i was always using the heater. so i go to drive it one day and the fan/heater wont work i found the fuse and it was still good i tested the fan and it still works. so does any one have an idea of whats wrong. please and thank you

Maybe a bad fan switch.. maybe remove the wire connection from the fan motor and test if its getting voltage with the ignition on and with the switch on. It should get twelve volts, if nothing then the switch is the problem. I hope this does the trick.

Heh. Sorry, I forgot I posted here. I would agree that the switch is probably messed up somehow. Before you go buy a new one, take the switch assembly apart and make sure its clean and that all the contact spots are touching the switch. Also, make sure the wires running to the switch are connected and that the insulation is not cut anywhere. A used switch from a junkyard shouldn't be too expensive. Good luck Keep us posted.
