The headlight and taillight relays are mounted together in a holder up under the dash between the heater and steering colunm.

I was able to find both relays. After many hours of work I found a wire in the wiring harness from the relay to the headlight switch had been cut so now everything works great. I have only owned the truck since Monday so trying to work out all the bugs..Thanks for the info...Kyle
