Few newbie questions

Hey I am happy to join your forum. I have a 91 4r 3.0 and a 90 for parts. I Have done a complete motor replacement for the 90 so I know my way around the truck. I was wondering about the rear power window, what can I get for a stronger more reliable motor, I have wired it direct and cleaned the contacts on the motor, worked for a while but not long. I am also haveing trouble when starting. Takes a long time to fire, turns over fine and starts quickly when it fires but is taking longer and longer each day, not a weather issue as it was fine last winter. Going to change plugs, wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter.

Thanks for any tips.
