Cheap Steels and any tires.

My 4Runner is pretty much dead (shot clutch, leaky fuel sender a back window that does not move, a driver's window stuck in the down position and a serious case of road-salt leprosy) but it does have four brand new BFG All-Terrains 31x10.5x15 on stock (15x7) alloy wheels. My new Tacoma has new rubber on it also mounted on 16" wheels. Will the 15" wheels from my '95 4Runner fit on my 2003 Tacoma? Yeah, the old alloys are corroded, but I would do the swap for the winter (to save the wheels on Taco -it came from VA and they are in good shape) and get some of my $600 buck out of All Terrains. What would be my best bet to hold up the 4Runner after I pillage its tires? What do I need to look for at a local junkyard? Is there a specific description of the bolt pattern? Do I need a particular offset? I really just want something under it so I can roll it to a recycler. It's a shame because with it goes a pair of Rockstomper dual-tube sliders, a Rockstomper type-2 skidplate and frame brace and a Stout Equipment rear bumper.

By the way, if anybody wants the skidplate, sliders or bumper, find your way to Central New York, bring your compressor and angle grinder for the welds and hardware, and they are yours. I'd rather see them go to a good home than be turned into bridge I-beams.
