Did you put all your grounds together when you did the blinker mod?
I just did the mod myself and put all the grounds from the blinker, parking light and the new GM socket together and it all works perfect if you forgot to add your parking light ground in line you will end up with no parking lights just a thought

olharley, i'm using the original style light, just setting it so that the blinker ground will go into the hot side of the light and turn it off when the blinker is on. it's the easiest way to do it, lol.

okay, well i've got my blinkers working....
HOWEVER i cant get my parking lights to work AT ALL.. blinkers work fine through the GM style blinker/corner light combo.. i even tried just hooking up the old style lights onto the wiring, no dice either.
