blew up my 22re engine- What will kind of engines will fit in my 4 runner

This weekend i was out bogging it pretty hardcore and i Blew my
1992 22re 4 cylinder engine (4runner), I was wondering what engines would fit in my truck as ill be replacing it as soon as possibe,, i would realy like a V6 but ive heard the conversion is a pain in the arse! As well as if their are any other toyota engines that would work well with my 4 runner,,,

i like the ford 302 v8 conversion with the dist. in the front (NWOR has the kits)

You are correct that a V-6 swap would be involved (but not impossible, by any means!) Do a search, but I believe that the 7MGE Supra engine is a pretty straight forward swap on a 22re truck.
