I have a procomp stage II. I like it... look in the newbie section under lift FAQ, and do some searches... if you end up with any specific ?'s. come on back here and post em.

Not quite 3-4", but a very good lift:
http://www.yotatech.com/showthread.php?t=78776 (Pickup and 1st gen 4Runner were the same, for the 2nd gen 4Runner, the difference was coils in the back instead of leafs like the pickup)
