You wouldn't need any if you relax your torsion bars after the bj spacers. that way you would have a nice soft ride and increased travel. if you want lift out of them just stick them in and you would have 1.5" lift in the front then maybe go another 2" longer shackle than stock in back or stick in some small blocks. my .02

Screw blocks! Go with a 3" longer rear shackle. If you have the cash, I would throw a set of 63" chevys in the back.

how much do chevy springs run. if i lift the back what should i do to lift the front.

If you want ~1.5" lift up fron, then 2"-3" longer shackle in the back would match that:
