96 4 runner limited

The front brakes were recently done but the rotors warped so I put new ones on.When I did this I loosened the bleeder screw and moved the pistons in a little bit to allow the new pads to fit on the old callipers.After finishing the pedal is too low and spongee and it is just not right.I bled some more but no luck.I put new callipers on but still the same.I took it to the local mechanic and he said he bled them and there okay but there not, it's still the same.It almost seems like the fluid is bypassing or something.

Some brands of pads feel a little different than others, maybe it's just that. Make sure you got the right pads too.

It does appear to be the pads.I adjusted the back brakes which didn't seem like they needed adjusting but it helped a little
