'92 yota pickup no power
Hey what's up guys- just bought a '92 yota single cab a few weeks ago. It was idling really rough a few days after I bought it, so I had it over to my neighbors house to have him look at it. After hooking up his timing light, we discovered the timing was quite a ways off. He adjusted the distributer to get it closer, but it's still at 12* (while in "timing mode"). Is it possible to get the distributer moved "one tooth" to the left so I can adjust it the rest of the way? It has NO power the way it is right now. I couldn't get it above 50 MPH on flat ground yesterday. Any help would be appreciated

OK, I've heard that also.
Now it's having trouble starting, like it's not getting fuel maybe?
If I had a clogged fuel filter or a weak fuel pump, would that explain why it wasn't getting much power?
