92 toyota pickup in consistant power loss hesitation misses

Hello i have a 92 toyota pickup with a 22re in it from a 93 toyota pickup. i bought it in the spring of 2010 and i put another motor in it because the old motor had a cracked engine block. i bought the motor from a wrecking yard with 118k on it and i put a new clutch kit spark plugs, cap, rotor, spark plug wires, air and fuel filter, fuel pump calatyc converter and muffer. Since then it has ran great and been very dependable. 3 weeks ago i did a yearly tune up on it , i put a new cap rotor spark plugs fuel filter air filter thermostat. But 2 days ago on my way to work it started shaking losing power and hesitating. When i would try to excelerate it would start acting up on me, if i was on flat surface or a incline it did not matter as long as i put it under a load it would act up. . It starts up fine whether its cold or warm. Somtimes it wont act up at all, and when it does it usually lasts about a half hour and then goes away until it sits for a long period of time like overnight or if im at work. But when i try drive it after work or in the morning, it will start acting up again and repeat the same symptoms all over again. And somtimes rarely after it would sit for a while after work it wouldt do anything wrong. The problem what ever it may be is inconsistant. I have absolutely no clue what is wrong with it especially since it has been recently tuned up and many other parts are only a year old. I went back and check all the connections on the wires and looked for any leaks of any sort and everything looked fine. This is the only vehicle for me my wife and newborn daughter Please help me figure this problem out i would much appreciate it

Mine is doing something very similar, if not the exact same thing. At first, I thought it was only on ascending or descending a hill, no matter how slight. It started really acting up last week heading up the the 4x4 park, but I was able to make it there and back. It was acting up ever since then. Today, on my way home from work, I lost all acceleration power and had to pull off the highway twice. On the 3rd time, I was just past an intersection and almost cause an accident.

After I got a tow home, it won't start at all now.

I'm running a 1990 3.0L 4x4. Head gasket recall was performed in 1997. Cap, rotor, plugs, wires were replaced in the last 2 months.
