2+2=4Runner

Hi Yotatech, I have been looking for a 2003-2005 4Runner for a while now. Ive found a few but they've gotten away from me! I found a new one that I'm looking at. Its a 2005 4Runner Sport Edition V6, 153000 miles. Guy says he is the original owner, oil has always been changed, no accidents or major repairs/problems. I am wondering what to look out for at that mileage, and major concerns/red flags that I should watch out for? Any upcoming maintenance or repairs that I should be aware of? I feel comfortable buying a high mileage toyota, my 88 has 268k on it! Ive only had Toyotas from the 80's, so I could use some advice on what to look for. I appreciate any info, thanks in advance!
