Sunroof Seal replacement

My 2005 SR5 4runner is leaking from the aft edge of the seal (long edge closest to the rear of the truck) it is not overwhelming but it is annoying. anyone ever replace the sunroof seal? What problems am I looking at and can it be done without tearing the whole thing apart??

Andy

Have fun with that! Mine leaked and for several years I tried everything to stop it. Nothing worked longterm. Finding a replacement gasket is pretty hard w/out buying the whole glass/gasket combo. I finally found a business in my area that replaced my entire sunroof with a new gasket and glass with a 3 year warranty. Cost me around $300. No more leaks. Kept my old glass roof for a spare.
Ps...mine is a pop-up sunroof that detaches. I assume that yours is an electric sunroof. Gonna cost more than mine did.
Again, good luck!
