Looking for a truck

I'm settled on an 05+ Prerunner extra cab...

I'm open to 4 or 6 cylinder, but only manual, and only with e-locker.

Anything else I should look for on these? I'm trying to get one under $15k with low miles. Ready to buy today, but damn these are hard to find!
