I have a 2004 4Runner with the v8. While driving it makes a hell of a noise like a tin can is stuck somewhere. The 4lo light comes on, but the switch is in the 4hi position. I've called a couple dealerships but they don't know what it could be. I'm very savvy when it comes to mechanical work but for the life of me I can't diagnose. I haven't found anyone else having this problem. Any help would be great
