Help me decide on my 4th Gen

Well guys, I've made my decsion and finally caved in and will be buying a 4th gen v6 Ltd with 18" wheels this week.

The dealer is allowing me to switch for 17" wheels from a Sport edition on the lot. Should I do it? Given that the runner will see some offroad duties for the occasional fishing hole and camping. There are alot more tire options out there and plus its cheaper to replace this size. I really like the look of the 18" wheel though. What should I do?

As well, I'm looking at the cornfed 2.5" lift. What is the ride like compared to the Daystar spacers?

I personally would do the swap but do you like the 17's(in looks) better than the 18's. If so then I would go for it, if not then I would look for some aftermarket ones that you like better.

It is my understanding that a spacer lift will firm up the ride a little bit, but I have never had one.

Good luck
Shawn

if you reaaly like the 18s thats what i would stay with,a new runner costs way to much to not be satisfied with the wheels,& hey it should be some time before you need to worry about buying tires
