My cousin just picked up an '03 SR5 4Runner and he's enlisting my help for an electrical problem he's experiencing. The backup bulbs and/or tail light bulbs were out when he bought it. However, as soon as a bulb is replaced, it immediately blows. I'm anticipating a fuse problem, but I wanted to see what you think. Anyone got anything? Thanks in advance.
