I'm interested in this mod myself. I am doing a CB install in my 05 Sport within the next two weeks. I'll try to figure it out if I have time and post if someone hasn't replied by then. It would be nice to figure it out so that I could send the audio from the CB to the FM radio via a low power transmitter and have it work when the ignition is off.

if your goal is to have your cb work w/ the ignition off, how bout skipping all that and just hardwiring the cb to a constant power source?
check the tech section and look for mine and corey's aux fuse box mod and cb install writeups. bob |

My reason for doing this would be for keeping cig plug accessories such as phone charger, flashlight charger, etc. on when I turn off the ignition. I really don't want to hard wire that stuff in as it moves from vehicle to vehicle with me. I intend to hard wire the CB already. I'll check out that other thread as well.
