03 V6 4runner Exhaust

hello,

I was looking threw this forum and it seems that everybody likes the Borla Exhaust for the 03 4runner. I was wondering if anybody has one on the V6. I wish I had bought an 8 but am happy with my mpg. I have an 03 sport and any info would be very much appreciated. Also, does anyone have a picture of an 03 4runner with 265/70/17 tires. thanks

Borla: $600 +

Flowmaster: Just as good, $230 tops installed.

I did the Flowmaster to my 03 V6 and am not only a happy camper but used the left over money for lap dances and other perverse activities. God I love this country!

According to a member in another forum, the Borla will work with both the V6 & V8. The cat-back application is the same for both engines.

Money well spent. The Borla has a lifetime warranty. Borla will not void your factory warranty, actually Toyota sells the Borla as an option on the Runner, so factory warranty is kept intact. Toyota option # DE10

The ONLY warrenty void is for the muffler itself because it's not from Toyota. I researched the hell out of this because I had the same concerns and called 4 Toy dealership service departments. They all said the same thing in that should anything go wrong with the muffler then it's my tough ˟˟˟˟, as far as the rest of the truck goes everything is still covered.

Magnaflow

I put a Magnaflow on my 03 v6. The truck runs and sounds great!
The whole setup cost me $200.

hey guys, im new to the SUV world after having trucks all my life. just bought a 08 4runner SE and love it. i got the v6 for MPG purposes, but it still has alot of pep. ive put some 20" black liquid metal rims, billet grille, and air intake, now im looking to update the exhaust. ive always ran flowmaster 40 series on my trucks, but they have all had v8's. anyone have an idea on how it sounds on a v6, or an exhaust system that flowmaster makes that sounds good for a v6? thanks for the info and i appreciate any advice
