sorry guys i was so occupied thoses last dayz,but dont worry i got a hold of myself,for a little update i was slowed down cause of the damn scrap yard,they told me they had a good condition 84 diff,witch really wasnt lol,housing was warped and finished,gtta find another one! ive been doing some body work,this weekend i will shoot out couple pics of everything,but as soon as evrything kicks in this thread will just blow out with hundreds of pictures real fast,just be patien for that whole setup issh concern!! thx for suporting !

ok now i know its outa subject but!! is just a small convertion i made off a stronger bigger wiper motor,from 99 taco.just ad to modify the hole and wire setup,it was a snap!!

taking care of 3rd member,gonna grind, weld some protection,and paint.

gonna slice thoses hangers out,i had an accident while back ago bent them inward a little.putting stronger ones in.anyway i need more space for TG springs,theyre longer than factory ones!

engine wise,all ready for headers and new oil pan,for oil pan convertion (from a T100 2wd with oil pickup)

body FINALY ready for paint,thank god,gonna paint my hood,fenders,and every peice i can flat,gonna be easier,no dripydripy.mixing corrostop black gloss,with paint thinner about 1 to 3,going from not that nice finish between 1 to 3 coat,then sand alot,anyway for any GOOD info go check out "50 dollar paint job".gotta be patient thoe!!

,trying to clean up a little got stuff scatered EVERYWERE ,driving me insane!!!

cutted some 1 quarter inch steel,made myself some home made protection for my REAR diff!

You might want to remove that oil baffle pan and resilicone it. Hate to go through all of that work and have it leak.

gotta;
-finish body work,inside out
-all the frame grinding and cutting
tha boring stuff!!! ,cause aint nobody gonna finish that for me.

and for the seats i opted for thoses found them on ebay;
now i know there not corbeau but i was kinda short on the cheez!

yea it works alright, but you need to have perfect conditions,meening you need exact rod for situation at the right amp set,wich is hard cause its a damn lever lol,and grind everything good,make sure your ground is very close,dont run anything at the same time,like garage heater ! and stay as steady as possible ,dont change your wrist angle,always go at same speed.and your all set!!

anyway heres a little update;trying to do interior design ! now for those who doesnt want to spend to much doe on interior,and wants somethin dope,heres the receapy;

one can of spray feather(glue)
tissue (at any textile distributor,and color of your choice)
foam(about 1/4 inch)
hot glue,(gun)

for ALL trimmings including;dash,side panels,front panel,ect...every plastic crapy looking parts
USE ;2 cans of gravelgard of premium quality(usualy black)

cost= about 60 bux for everything lol

check it out

door panels;

foam;

glue;

tissue,i got this one for almost nothing,and it looks amazing,i just like black its just classic!
the picture looks like crap but its a deep black;

ok now listen carefully
-you have to cut your foam to perfect size,with holes,then glue with feather glue the tissue on the foam
-then you insert your whole set of foam and tissue inside the lip of the window trim,then you glue the back side of panel for nothin to be moving there
-then you featherspray the rest of back panel as it doesnt need as much strenght as the window trim part
-at last you revert you tissue inside the panel and you hot glue the tissue while your puting a little tension on the tissue! and voila!!MAKE SURE YOU STEAM PRESS YOUR TISSUE,leave no ugly deformation as it will show for sure!!

ILL UPDATE THIS POST SOON IAS I GET MORE PICS OF PROCESS !
trace and cut;

make sure you have some extra on the sides

steam press;

glue with feather spray and cut the side snug with foam(the part that goes underneath the window trim);

heres how you make it fit,heres the tricky part,you have to hold that piece inside the trim while you flip the tissue along with foam,and shoot hot glue as close as you can to the inside part of trim!
then you finish the rest of surface with featerspray as it doesnt need as much strenght as the upper part!

but heres the result:
side panels;

visors(dont use foam for visors);

picture was taken before finished product,need to trim a little more on the sides!!

picture was taken before finished product,need to trim a little more on the sides!!

roof; (the roof is real tricky,try to feathespray small areas at a time.cause ull get screwed!)
start by hot glueing the trim part inside dont put to much glue cause its gonna show!

back panel;

NOT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A PERFECT HOT ROD INTERIOR,but for those guys that need a fresh inexpensive hot look and comfi interior, im saying go for it!!
