yet another 22re idle problem

I've searched to no end trying on the site but came up empty. I adjust the idle on my truck when it's up to normal temp to 800rpm everything is good. I go out wheeling and even 10min of slow trail riding in low range the idle drops to 400rpm and the truck stalls alot. I'll even turn it off and leave if for a few minutes to scope out the trail and I go to start it, it just starts and stalls unless I have my foot on the gas. I tried to turn the idle up when it's doing this but then when i get back on the road it idles up to 12-1300rpm!!!! I adjusted the TPS, the engine is totally rebuilt with a 270ho cam, it did this before the engine was done aswell. I'm loosing my mind, here my next step is to change the throttle body and the IAC. I was also wondering if there was a way to hook up an idle up solenoid so that when my fan turns on it kicks the idle up a bit to keep it from idling too low as well.

Check that the throttle plate isn't sticking first. Sometimes the little bushings wear out and the plate will close to different locations.
