Yakima rack on bald 4runner
Just was wondering how many of you have installed those extra clips needed for a wider crossbar measurement? I have the normal set up for over the two front doors but was wondering how hard it is to put on the clips so you can add towers over the rear cargo area. My 4runner did not come with the stock rack. Some buddies and I go winter/spring camping and I want to throw our wall tent up there. I have been looking at the baja rack and it measures out at about 4ft. I know you have to pull the headliner and such but was just curious if anybody has done it.
Just a side note, I have been absent from this site for awhile and it's amazing how much stuff is on here now. I am strongly thinking on contributing. I have saved so much time. Oh and Corey if you read this GOOD JOB. I grew up in Auburn and graduated from AHS-Go Trojans.

Ahhh, another Auburnite.
Thanks, the site is a TEAM effort, its a lot of work for all of us.
I ran the Yakima crossbars and a Load Warrior on the old rig.
It did not come with a factory rack, here are some old pictures.
