here ya go. simple and cheap. it consists of ball joint spacers in the front, and 2in add-a-leafs in the rear. A lot of people on the forum will dog you on the ball joint spacers, but i have plenty of friends that run them and have not a lick of problem out of them. just make sure and get a differential drop kit to compensate for the CV angles. Best of luck to ya and welcome to the forums!
BTW lets see some pics of your rig!

i am looking for a 4-5 inch kit but i'm on a limited budget so yeah. and i'll get pics up soon. it aint nothing too special right now though. the best thing about it is its a rust free body and frame with all original body panels and paint.

That is to bad you are on the east coast. I am about to eliminate my IFS and I am going to be selling everything for 350.00.
Skyjacker 4"lift, new lower and upper ball joints, new inner and outter tie rods, new center link, freshly rebuilt hubs, with bearings, and the little PITA brass bushings..

Didn't see it mentioned but RaginYota hit on part of the solution....
Keep an eye on craigslist for someone doing a solid axle swap and selling their IFS lift.
I found a used ProComp State II lift in the San Francisco bay area for $400. Also found a brand new, in the box, Fabtech 3.5" lift for a 2wd truck for 400 as well- guy bought it for his girlfriend and she ended up wanting to lower her truck instead of raising it so all new, never installed with shocks and all and now it holds my wife's truck in the air.

what would you need a 4 inch ifs lift for?? stock has decent flex and i fit 32s could prolly do 33s...
i like keeping it stock for maximium cv life...
if you looking for cheap mall crawl mods just do a body lift.

@bigt- some IFS lifts do not affect CV angles the way some think. I did a suspension lift for ground clearance. And for 400 bucks (600 after I replaced the rear blocks with leafs) I got 4" lift compared to the 1.5" lift I got for 1100 for the rims and tires. You'd need to go 8" taller than stock on the tires to get 4" lift from them.

Yeah I will be selling it in about 2-3 weeks. About shipping, it will cost an arm and a leg cause the diff is going with it. Once I get it out I will be posting it up in here, before it goes on Craigslist.

well i used to have torsion bars cranked all the way up, but it killed my alignment up front and my bj's, and its just the ride was wayyyy too rough. i mean this is my DD. so i put everything back to stock and put the 3 inch body in it. i love it cause i still got the flex. but now i wana get the ifs lift cause i wanna run at least 35x13.50 under it. but what should i change my gears too? it has 4.10's front and rear right now? and its a DD. i'm on the highway and city everyday so should i change them? if so, to what ratio?
