Question Wooden Bed

Does anyone know of any online plans for fabricating a nice wooden bed? The rust on mine is telling me to go wood.

draw it up yourself and DIY a flatbed. make a simple metal frame/crossover pieces, then cover the bed with wood planks or plywood. use quality paint on the metal to keep it from rusting.

uhm...i suggest you go with steel dude..

wood will basically go bad in just a few years..

however a steel flatbed thats been prepped and painted correctly will last a lifetime..just to let ya know

Do what the Aussies do, build an aluminum tray with sides on it, and a rack behind the cab to protect it.
