Wont start 88 4runner
Heres what happened... i was wheeling a little and it was wet out, and short story version is i came aroumd a corner and front end slid into a water hole and motor died instantly. Got pulled out and wouldnt start. Towed it home. My starter was junk and i replaced it, changed my oil air filter. Its not hydrolocked i can crank it over. I got new plugs the intake did bring in some water though. I have spark and decent compression. I have fuel but it only seems to fire in cylinder one. When i pulled my plugs out for compression test, only cylinder one plug had signs of firing. 2 3 and 4 looked unused. I checked my injectors all showed that they work with a noid light but the light was extemely dim. Im really stumped and so is my friend whos been worked on cars for 30plus years. If anyone has had this happen or has a suggestion please let me know. I need to get this thing going again as its my only vehicle

Did you dry the rotor cap out? Just cause you have spark doesnt mean the other contact points arent wet.Try taking some WD-40 to your electrical connections (TPS,AFM...)
If those suggestions dont work, see if it will try to start on starting fluid. This will help you see if it is a fuel or electrical issue.
