Wiring Harness - Engine harness differences from manual to auto transmissions???

What are the differences between the harness in the engine compartment on a Auto trans vehicle to a Manual trans vehicle?? i am in the middle of doing searches but have not found anything worth helping me yet...

Im sure there are a few differences considering the auto is electronically controlled. my auto has at least 3-4 2 wire connectors and one with about 5-6 wires for the solenoids and speed sensors look at the fsm link for your year at the top of the forum.
