Opinions on quality will vary, but I like my Warn M8000 very much.

i've got a warn m8000 and just used it yesterday yanking an old bronco out of the mud. definitely want a good battery. i think once my napa battery's warrantys out i'll pick up a yellow top. non deep cycle batteries don't like getting drained a lot from something like a winch. warn is the way to go but i'm interested to see how milemarker's and ramsey's do. a winch is a one time buy so decide what kind of quality you're looking for and go from there.
oh and i'd highly recommend getting a recovery strap, 2 heavy duty d-shackles, and a snatch block. with these accessories you'll be able to put your winch to its full potential.

Your cheapest but best bet would be the Smittybuilt winch here:

And the TJM t-17 steel bumper here: http://www.tjmbullbars.com/products.htm#toyota

i have done a bit of research. WARN for my money. smittybilt is a good cheap option. Olharleyman runs one and i don't think he has any complaints his smittybilt. i think that is how it is spelled.
