will a window regulator from a manual crank truck work on a truck with power windows

my trucks window regulator is stripped and i was wondering if one from a manual crank truck work in mine. thanks

it should, it just wont be power, and you might have to put a hole in your door panel for the crank

im pretty sure the crank part unbolts from the regulator and the motor just bolts in

it kinda looks like it does, just went and pulled my door panel to check, i need to replace my manual regulator anyways. anyone have a pic of one out of the truck??

im going to picknpull tomorrow, ill probably get one so ill get some pics for you for sure!!

It will work. I swapped my power window regulators and door panels for manual ones on my 86 4runner a few years back.

The hardest part was finding manual door panels in good condition.

Yes it will work, I have a power window in my drivers side and a manual in the pass side of my 4Runner right now...came factory power windows.

4banginrunner i still want the power window function. i just wondered if the power window motor can be bolted onto the regulator. i think the manual crank unbolts off the regulator
