Why does my 3vze leak coolant after fuel damper replaced

I had my fuel damper replaced by toyota now it's leaking an excesive amount of collant. It does not look to be coming from the radiator or overfill. Is the water pump giving out? Should I take it back to toyota to have them see if they un-did a water hose and not properly put it back on? Are the water hoses even un-plugged during the installation of a fuel damper. Anyone with suggestiona or info please let me know.

Thanks

It's possible they undid one of the small coolant hoses by the throttle body.
