My first truck i had a fake bottom in my tool box for hiding the booze for the river parties. My 91 and 92 Mustangs I put the lower part of the seats on hinges so I can store my pistol in there when I carry more cash than usual. I do have my permit. Just dont want knocked off.

I once made room for a few cases in my bed box. Locked it down as well so if I got pulled over I could claim I didn't have keys if they wanted to check it out. Bout all the stashing I do in my truck.

Maybe remove the sill plate and put it under the carpet, unless it is used often...
