There is relay box behind the panel in the passenger cab behind the driver's seat that may be faulty. First, you might check the switch in the console. Does it work with the key in the tailgate? There are threads that go into how to start tracking down the issue in your electrical system. I found them when my rear window stopped working. After trying to replace the relay switches on the little circuit board behind the seat, I wound up just bypassing it with a new switch.
The timing belt? Don't know...I'd call the dealer for general recommendation. But, you can also do a search on that. I've just not had to replace one yet. The tonneau cover? Sorry, can't help you with that. I know there are even threads on that I've found, but I don't remember keywords for finding them.

First thing to check is the top bolts. The bolt behind the driver side rear wheel has a kill switch under it that kills the operation of the rear window.

I looked in the back compartment and found the wire connection to the wiper was unhooked. Put them together and everything works. Thanks for the help. I really think this kind of website is the wave of the future. Everybody working towards a common goal. Not just cars but lots of issues could be resolved. Thanks
