what's restricting my motor

I just bought a 94 Toyota pickup it has 31 on it its been cammed exhausted and intakes I'm wondering what I need to do to get it to pull a little hill on the high way at 75 do I need more fuel or what to keep it in overdrive

What do you need? You need a different motor. Depends on the hill, but in general 75mph uphill in overdrive ain't gonna happen with the 3.0. It just doesn't have that kind of low-end torque, and it's pretty much a general conclusion around here that there's no practical way to change that.

The good news is that these engines are perfectly happy running at 3500-4000 rpm for hours on end, so let it shift down and make power the way it was designed to do.
