I have factory tires/wheels on my pickup now, and I am putting some 32x11.5's and need to know what else I will need to upgrade...(i'm a newbie) thanks. Also should I get rid of my power steering? (due to the bigger tires, maybe more stress on on the pump?) Any help would be appreciated.

Get rid of your power steering ?, why would you want to do that ?, your power steering will be just fine.

Oh and upgrade your Steering Stabilizer! That might help too.

I just put 32x11.50s on my stock lift 4Runner
No rubbing, steering is all fine to me
She has no problem turning 32s. Hills suck ass but bearable.
Regearing is recommended but its bearable without

you'll need a whole new motor

nah man you'll be fine. you may want to considering regearing though if it's your daily driver; after you step up from stock to 32", you'll notice you have pretty much NO "get up and go". that'll eat your gas mileage up...

and yeah, keep your power steering, lol. the pump will be fine. have you ever driven a vehicle with oversized tires, with no power steering? yeah, not fun... well, by oversized I'm talk'n 38" swampers; belts fly off in the woods some times

consider re-gearing to 4.88's, be aware that bigger tires will wear your front end out faster. Idler arms might start to wear faster...

its SUGGESTED to regear but if youre wondering what you need to do tomorrow to put on bigger tires...its nothing. just put em on. you shouldn't be breaking anything out of the ordinary you'll just suffer some slight power loss. regearing can be expensive so if you need to wait on that, you'll be fine.
