What tire should I buy?
Well, I decided to go with 16's because of all the tire options. Now I can't really decide on which tire. Need some help. Anyways, I've narrowed it down to 4 tires (see below).

could you say what 4 tires you are looking at, as can't open that link you have up, if that's where you are getting the 4 tires from. my dad runs 285/75/16 BFG A/Ts on his 02 F250 4x4 and they seem to wer well and are quite durable. i personally run radial Buckshot Mudders on my 98 SR5 4x4 4Runner, as i do quite a bit of hunting and need better traction than the BFGs, but you really can't go wrong with either one. hope this helps...

okay, now i see what choices your lookin at...lol! and now that you mention the kuhmos, my uncle currently has a set of them on his 03 Z71, and you would be surprised at what they're capable of doing, but then again, the Z71 has a little bit more power than our 'yotas. but it looks like your trying to choose between to "all-terrian" tires and two "mud-terrian" tires, which brings up my next question : what type of driving will you be doing, and if it's any off-roadin, what kind? (for example, loose rocks, slick clay mud, snow, etc.)

look into Terra Grapplers, they seem to have the best of both worlds for the tires your looking at, just a thought!
i like how they look and heard some pretty good things about them

Not a problem.. if there are better tires for less... Let me know. It seems I have exhausted this search, but it could be easily overlooked.

go for those cooper STTs, as i am hearing some great things about them from my local tire shop. only reason i got buckshots instead of the STTs is the fact that i'm still in college, so funds are tight...haha! anyways, hope you find what suits your needs best, as in my opinion, that's what defines a tire as being a good one...

does the d and e mean the load ratings, as i can't pull up the link again. but assuming this is correct, the d rated tire would be fine. and are you talkin about the mud grapplers or just the all terrian tera grappler?

haha, that's okay man, i new to it myself. but yeah, the D rated tire will be more than enough for the 4Runner, as the buckshots i run are only C rated. most C's are 6 ply, D's are 8 ply, E's are 10ply. so the D's should be fine. and exactly which nitto terra grappler are you looking at?

sounds like a great deal to me. i was also lookin into the grappler ATs for my next tire, b/c of doing more road driving, even though my Buckshots still have probably 60% tread on 'em (i like to plan ahead ) good luck with them, as i am sure you will like them, as many people say they do.
