It is 21&52, glad you added a video. 21 is a O2 sensor, and 52 is the knock sensor.

The knock sensor is USUALLY cause by the pigtail that runs from the wiring harness connection under the intake manifold to the knock sensor. The sensors themselves are seldom faulty (but it can happen).

O2 sensor change should net you significant (2-4 mpg) fuel economy increase.
